  1. Hi all, i have received notice about some malfunction of tsthost v1.40.
  2. Thanks to the senders.
  3.  
  4. One is on the COLOR command. This malfunction is active  only  if  you  running
  5. tsthost with the /K command to reduce the number of channels. With this  option
  6. active, any COLOR command for window 0 or 5, (COLOR 0 x, COLOR 5 x), will cause
  7. the crash of the system.
  8.  
  9. Another is in the pms routines: for example you connect  another  station,  and
  10. make a normal packet qso. All is right. Now, you decide to pass your pms to the
  11. other station, so, in your tsthost, you do the PMS command. Well, tsthost  will
  12. send the pms prompt, and accept any command from the remote users, but....
  13. the command will not be executed!

  15. TH140FX1.COM is a little program make to correct tsthost.exe. The program  also
  16. do this correction/improvement:
  17.  
  18. - Increased control on the received bid in fwd compressed forward. Without
  19.   correction, if you receive in the same block 2 message that have the same bid
  20.   and the bid is already received (improbably but possible), only the first
  21.   was refused.
  22. - PMS message list, L command, will be displayed starting from the last page in
  23.   the list, intead of the first.
  24. - The cursor, when you activate the editor, always have a corrispondance with
  25.   the current cursor status, instead to atomatically switch into the insert
  26.   mode.
  27. - If you press and do not depress the HOME keys in the pms list window,
  28.   sometime the list do not display the firat page.
  29. - If you do send copy o send reply function, using ALT-C or ALT-R instead of
  30.   the direct keyboard command SC SR, if start tsthost.in import while you are
  31.   not in editor mode, the message lose the address.
  32. - CON_FILT entry level was incremented by 2 instead of 1, fixed
  33.  
  34. To correct tsthost.exe, simple copy TH140FX1.COM in the tsthost.exe  directory,
  35. next execute th140fx1. The tsthost.exe file  will  be  corrected  and  you  may 
  36. delete th140fx1.com, the program is not more need.

  38. Maintain a backup copy of tsthost.exe, if others patch will be  diffused,  they
  39. must be executed always on the original tsthost.exe file....
